Events Participation

Events & Exhibitions are becoming a regular feature of marketing & advertising operations. It would be the responsibility of our advertising manager to be well informed about event/exhibitions that are held from time to time, both at home or abroad. He would have to advise the management about the exhibitions in which it would be useful to participate. Then would come the entire process of booking space, selecting the exhibits & then buying the required services for the design & construction of the exhibition stall & the display stands & getting photographs taken, mobiles constructed, video films prepared & so on. Some of these jobs could be handled by our advertising agency, or it could be buy/arrange the necessary services by our agency on behalf of advertiser. Even so, our advertising manager, or the staff of advertising department, would be involved at every stage of the operation in a supervisory capacity.
